Chiropractor for Conroe, TX.
Conroe patients have been coming down to our Woodlands Parkway office since 2001. It is a straight run south on I-45, then west. Most people are in the chair inside half an hour of leaving the house.

The drive from Conroe.
From downtown Conroe and the courthouse square, take I-45 south and turn west on Woodlands Parkway. Stay on it past Town Center and keep going. We are near the west end, in Sterling Ridge. If you live out toward Lake Conroe or west of Loop 336, FM 1488 east and then north on FM 2978 drops you at the same corner without touching the freeway. Parking is free.
Conroe works hard, and it shows up in the spine.
Conroe is a working town in a way The Woodlands is not. The industrial parks north of the city, the fabrication and equipment yards along the freeway, the trucking and the trades that keep a fast-growing county building. Those jobs load the low back the same way every day: lift, twist, carry, repeat. What starts as stiffness on Monday morning turns into a disc problem two years later.
We see a lot of shoulders here too. Overhead work, welding, and running a torque wrench all day wear the rotator cuff down slowly, and people tend to wait until they cannot reach the top shelf before they call anyone.
Then there is Lake Conroe. Boat work, trailer hitches, and a long day on the water bouncing over chop are all common ways to hurt a back around here. And Conroe has a large retired population, which brings us a steady share of spinal stenosis, arthritic joints, and neuropathy in the feet.
Crashes matter too. I-45 through Conroe is one of the busier stretches in the county, and a rear-end collision at freeway speed strains the neck in ways that take days to surface.
What we most often treat for Conroe patients.
- Low back pain from lifting, driving, and hard physical work
- Sciatica and leg pain from a pinched nerve
- Herniated and bulging discs treated with non-surgical spinal decompression
- Rotator cuff and shoulder pain from overhead work
- Spinal stenosis and worn joints that make standing hard
- Burning and numb feet through our neuropathy program
- Whiplash and back injury after a wreck, with the paperwork handled
What the first visit gets you.
An hour with Dr. Christopher Boss. History first, then a real exam: how you bend, which joints have locked up, what your reflexes and leg strength say about the nerves. Then he puts a 3D spine model in front of you and shows you the segment causing the problem. You leave knowing what is wrong, how many visits it should take, and what it costs. Most major plans accepted, with self-pay available.
If your job is the thing hurting you, we say so, and we build the plan around the job you actually have. Telling a man who welds for a living to stop lifting is useless advice.
