Informational videos.

Short videos of Dr. Boss explaining the things patients ask about most. They are being filmed now. Until they are up, call and ask him yourself.

01

What we are filming.

Four to start with. Each one is a couple of minutes, filmed in the office, with the actual equipment in the shot.

What an adjustment does

What is actually happening in the joint, why it sometimes makes a sound, and why the sound does not tell you whether it worked.

What decompression feels like

A look at the table, how you are strapped in, how long a session runs, and what the pull actually feels like from the patient's side.

Three stretches for a stiff low back

The three Dr. Boss sends home with most low back patients, done slowly enough to copy, with the common mistakes pointed out.

How we read your imaging

What Dr. Boss looks for on an X-ray or MRI of the spine, and what the findings in the report do and do not mean for your pain.

Until the videos are up.

There is nothing to watch here yet, and pretending otherwise would waste your time. If you have a question about your back, your neck, or whether we can help at all, call the office at (281) 681-2677 and ask.

You can also see the thing the videos are really about. The interactive 3D spine model is on this site right now, and it is the same one Dr. Boss uses at the table.

Straight talk

No video replaces an exam. Two people with the same low back pain can need opposite plans, and the only way to tell them apart is to look.

This page is general information, not medical advice. What is right for you depends on your exam. Dr. Boss will tell you straight whether we can help, and where to go if we cannot.

Ask Dr. Boss in person instead.

An hour in the office beats any video.
