How we workOur treatments.
Five things we do, and a clear idea of who each one is for. The exam decides which of them you actually need.
Pick the tool that fits the problem.
Nobody gets every treatment on this list. Most people get two or three, and the mix changes as you improve.

- We offer five treatments, and the exam decides which ones fit you.
- Most patients use two or three, and the mix changes as you improve.
- Every plan comes from your exam, not from picking off a list yourself.
- You get a plan with a visit count and a cost before starting.
- If a treatment on this list is not right for you, we will say so.
The exam comes first.
You cannot pick a treatment off a menu and expect it to work. A disc pressing on a nerve and a joint that has locked up can feel almost the same from the outside, and they need opposite plans. So the first visit is a history, an exam, and a look at how your spine actually moves.
Dr. Boss walks you through the model of your own spine and shows you what he found. Then you get a plan with a number of visits attached, and a cost, before you agree to anything.
If a treatment on this list is wrong for you, we will say so. And if the whole office is wrong for you, Dr. Boss will tell you who to see instead.
Which condition are you dealing with?
If you are not sure which treatment applies, start from the problem instead. Every condition page explains what usually causes it and which of these treatments tends to fit.

This page is general information, not medical advice. What is right for you depends on your exam. Dr. Boss will tell you straight whether we can help, and where to go if we cannot.
