Sterling Ridge at a glance
- Ste. 200 at 6700 Woodlands Pkwy, at the west end of the parkway.
- Most neighbours are here in under ten minutes, without touching I-45.
- Same office, same doctor, since 2001.
- The closest Woodlands office to Creekside Park, Alden Bridge and the Magnolia side.
Where we are.
Sterling Ridge sits at the western end of The Woodlands, along Woodlands Parkway between Kuykendahl and FM 2978. We are in the shopping center on the parkway, upstairs in Ste. 200. If you live in the village you have driven past us for years.
Coming from Alden Bridge, take Kuykendahl or Research Forest west. From Creekside Park, come up Kuykendahl or Creekside Forest and turn onto the parkway. From Panther Creek and Cochran's Crossing, it is a straight run west on Woodlands Parkway.
What we see from this side of town.
The west villages are commuter country. Plenty of people here drive into Houston or the Woodlands Town Center and then sit at a desk for another eight hours. That combination loads the low back and pulls the neck forward, and it is behind a large share of what walks through the door.
The other half is recreational. The pathways, the tennis and pickleball courts, the golf, the weekend yard work on a wooded lot. Most sports injuries here are not dramatic. They are the result of doing something hard once, at fifty, that used to be easy at thirty.
What we most often treat for neighbours.
- Low back pain from sitting, driving and yard work
- Neck pain and tension headaches from desk posture
- Sciatica and pinched nerves
- Bulging and herniated discs treated with non-surgical spinal decompression
- Sports injuries from tennis, pickleball, golf and running
- Injury after a wreck on the parkway or FM 2978
Why being close actually matters.
A care plan that asks you to come in twice a week only works if getting here is easy. That is the honest argument for choosing the office in your own village. When the visit is a ten minute errand instead of a trip across town, people finish the plan, and finishing the plan is most of why it works.
If you live closer to another good chiropractor, go to them. Being around the corner is only worth something if the care is right, and we would rather you got better than became a statistic on our schedule.
