Dr. Boss does the exam and the treatment. Everything around that is handled by a small staff who know your name by the second visit.
At the front desk.
The front desk answers the phone, so the first voice you hear is somebody in this office rather than a call center. They book your visit, take your insurance information before you arrive, and check what your plan covers so the cost conversation happens up front instead of at the end.
They also handle the paperwork after a car accident, keep your appointments spaced the way your plan calls for, and find you a same-day slot when your back goes out on a Tuesday morning.
In the treatment rooms.
The clinical staff get you set up for whatever your plan includes. They position you on the decompression table and stay with you through the session. They run the therapy equipment. They walk you through your home exercises until you can do them without thinking about it, then check your form on later visits.
They are also the people you tell when something feels different. That gets passed to Dr. Boss before he walks into the room, so your visit starts where you left off.
Small office, same faces. Nobody is going to hand you off to a stranger halfway through your plan.
